She is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a Certified MBTI Practitioner, and an enthusiast of Forensic Genetic Genealogy. Whether it be figuring out someone's personality type and strengths or untangling the mystery of someone's DNA results, she loves to help shed light on unanswered questions.

With a background in Psychology (B.A.) and Leadership Development (M.A.), she loves to help people better understand themselves and one other. Almost nothing brings her more joy than helping people find clarity around one of the greatest mysteries most of us will ever face -- who they are.
​
She is married with one son, and she loves to travel, play word games, and watch moody crime dramas, as well as light-hearted romances.
